Here’s what I provide

  1. The studio will have only one lesson going on at any hour.

  2. Studio windows will be kept open to promote airflow.

  3. The instructor will thoroughly sanitize each piece of equipment between clients.

  4. A packaged drinking water bottle , hand towel will be provided

What I ask of you

  1. All personal items must be left in the sitting area. No phones, purses, shoes, etc. in the workout area.

  2. Please no lotion on hands and exposed skin. This presents a slip and fall potential in many exercises, especially on the apparatus.

  3. I suggest wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move around freely and covers you enough if you need to lie down with your legs raised up in the air. Anti-slip socks are advised for all clients for safety and hygienic reasons. Please avoid wearing clothing with metal buttons, zips or jewelry as they can hinder your movement, cause injury, or damage equipment upholstery

  4. No jewelry is allowed for apparatus classes as they may get caught in springs and straps and cause injury. For the same reasons, please if applicable tie your long hair up for classes.

  5. Pilates apparatus are quite specialized and I have spared no expense to fully equip my studio with high- quality material to provide you with the best possible Classical Pilates training experience. Please use apparatus, any other equipment and accessories as well as all studio facilities at your disposal with respect and care.
